In an effort to support survivors looking for community on Auraria campus, we have created monthly Survivor Nights. We host these events once a month each semester and each event has a different activity associated with it. You are not required to identify as a survivor to attend these events. You are welcome to bring loved ones or friends not affiliated with Auraria campus to these events.

Our first survivor night event, Survivor Game Night, will be hosted on Tuesday, September 9th between 3:30PM-5:30PM in Tivoli 444. Folks can join us for Nintendo Switch games, board games, and free food!

The Consent Turns Me On (CTMO) Carnival is back for Sexual Assault Awareness Month!

Join us for carnival food, consent themed-games, STI Testing from BeYou Colorado, a consent petting zoo from PAWsitive Recovery, balloon animal making, a Denim Day themed Photo Booth, on-campus & community resources, and SO MUCH MORE!

The carnival will be hosted on Wednesday, April 23rd from 10AM-2PM in Turnhalle 250.

The 1st 100 folks who arrive at the carnival wearing Denim will receive a free denim bucket hat! Folks who participate in our passport activity will receive a free consent grocery tote bag.

Join us for the tri-institutional Boxing for Empowerment event for Sexual Assault Awareness Month! Our hope with this workshop is to support folks with feeling empowered in their bodies using their voice and movement.

This workshop will be hosted at CU Denver's Lola and Salazar Student Wellness Center (1355 12th St, Denver, CO 80204), in Studio 2 on Tuesday, April 15th from 4PM-5PM. When you arrive to the Student Wellness Center, let the front desk know you are there for the Boxing for Empowerment.

Please consider the following before signing-up for this workshop.
- Wear clothes you feel comfortable moving in
- You will need to be able to comfortably stand for 50-minutes
- You will need to be able to comfortably lifting arms and legs

Join CU Denver’s Case Management Office and The Phoenix Center at Auraria for the annual Keep Talking: End The Stigma event on Wednesday, April 9th from 3PM-5PM in the Emmanuel Gallery.

Keep Talking is a live, storytelling event aimed at decreasing societal and campus stigma around mental health and sexual violence. We invite students, staff, and faculty to share their experiences with mental health in hopes to provide solace to our community in a meaningful and creative way.

There will be a resource fair with on and off-campus resources from 2:15PM-3:15PM, food, and swag will be provided at this event. We look forward to seeing folks there!

The Women & Gender Equity in Leadership Summit (WGELS) invites you to a Restorative Circle Luncheon on Monday, February 24th from 12:30PM-2PM in Tivoli 440.

Join us for an afternoon of meaningful discussion, reflection, and community with a free lunch from KoCo Street Food. Restorative circles are a safe and structured space to process emotions, engage in active listening, and collaboratively address harm.

As we navigate the current harmful political climate, and associated policies, we believe there is extreme value in providing space for our communities to come together and lean into the tools and resources offered from previously held summits.
