Violence Prevention Educators

Violence Prevention Educators (VPE) are students who receive 30 hours of training to provide consistent, thorough information about relationship violence, sexual assault and stalking and related topics to the Auraria campus. VPEs will be involved in the design of prevention and education programs and their implementation. VPEs will actively engage in campus awareness activities, classroom presentations, and educational presentations to various campus groups.

The VPE position is primarily a work-study or academic internship position, running from August to May.

This position does NOT provide crisis response and/or victim advocacy.
